Can you make one that not only disperses a pen but also clicks it for you as well? And can you still write OK with that thing strapped to your wrist or does it get annoying after awhile, it looks very uncomfortable?

@22458 its a mechanical pencil, so it doesn't need to be clicked automatically. it is easy to write with and was no more uncomfortable than a wrist watch.
