@susukedaisuki Vocaloid are voice sintetizer and the people you see are the mascots. For example, here you have Hatsune Miku, there are anothers like Rin and Len, Kaito, Meiko and Megurine Luka. They are all programs with their own voicebank and you make them sing, while the people are the 'image', 'mascot', you understand. Since they are programs, they don't have an anime, though a lot of fans want one... Hope I helped. :3

Es gibt verschiedene Stimmen, Hatsune Miku (Die in dem Video) ist eine davon. Gib doch einfach mal Vocaloid auf google ein oder sieh dir die Wikipedia Seite davon an. Ich find Vocaloid ziemlich genial, allein schon von der Technologie auf die aufgebaut wird und die Umsetzung gefällt mir noch viel mehr :D
