i think you got hte story a little wrong.. mammootty's wife is a psychatic patient and she sucides after killing their son. mammooty becomes a drunkard. the kids dad and mom are killed by Suresh gopi and babu anthony. However the kid's mother's sister is nadia moidu. Mammotty see the kid for the first time in this song and after failed attempts stop the kid from followinghim, he finally accepts the kid. Finally Nadia finds that the kid is her nephew but by then mammooty dies in a stunt scene.
The movie is about villains suresh Gopi and Babu Antony raping and killing mammooty's wife .His son is the only witness of the killer Babu Antony. Mammootty is out for revenge against the villains who destroyed his family. The Kid is freaked out since he recognizes Babu Antony
