i like stalls a lot myself, but - just like with curses - they're spot on when they're used within a certain limit, otherwise it's just some trick that you do a lot (and doesn't look that good). btw. how long have you been spinning for?

A year and 9 months or so. But that's with glowsticks instead of fire poi. So would you recommend changing directions using wraps?
