To be perfectly honest, I don't think you ever see Johnny in here. Though there is a mission where you go to cut off the horse's head and leave it in the bed. But to answer your question, no it's not the singing Johnny. This is a Johnny made just for the game to set up that you're building your strength so you can take revenge for you're father's murder.
