Weird shit happens, it snowed in Newcastle and the Central Coast in 1965 up to 6 inches in some areas. Also on 27 June 1836 1 inch of snow fell in Sydney City... it happens.

Don't dust storms blow by Sydney usually? I mean, the outback is just West of Sydney...Of course, this is RARE, but RARE things do happen. 70 years ago in Sydney, another great dust storm swept over too. :) It's like a cycle, and each cycle repeats it's self. Like "Global Warming"

Haha i think its amusing,we as australians have it too good,a bit of dust gets in our eyes and on our cars, and peole cry armageddon and start freakn out about how unpleasant it is for them etc,we have it too good in this country we are soft,travel elsewhere & you start to understand real problems...rather than dust some people have mortar shells falling on them,duststorms happen everyday deal with it.
