it's her japanese name, i think. but they changed it to alkaid when the game was translated to english.

Yeah, her name is more like "Youkou", but the official romajization (in other words the name written with alphabetical letters) ended up being Yowkow.

Yowkow and two other characters have the name of stars in a certain constellation, so they got translated to the english names of the stars in that cluster if I recall correctly.

but the most you can do is just fight around and don't do much of anything else
