I have a better way, do demolition with a friend. set it up so its a 10 minute round, change the time to plant the bomb from 5 seconds to 1 second and the time to diffuse the bomb from 5 seconds to 1 second, then make it so you only have one life. every time you plant or diffuse the bomb to should get 1000 experience and your doing it about every other second. Oh, and obviously don't kill each other.
