To those who are asking where you get shuriken from; you make them. Remember shuriken are a disposable throw away weapon, so don't bother getting expensive ones. You just need some tin snips and some flat sheets of roofing iron and away you go. You can sharpen them on a grinder or with a file, but don't spend to much time on them.
IF you are trying to kill someone, this is very effective. Ninja were assassins. Also, if someone breaks into your home, this will save your life, IF they have a gun.
all i can say now is damn!!!!!...hahahha...lols....anyways....where can i buy the shuriken...i've been looking years and years now...and can't find it.....
@leevwj4 I think you may learn ninjutsu first cuse it is not easy as it looks believe me yo need to pracctice alot before you can do that . for other parte you need licence
I met Bussey in Lincoln, NE. He had an old toyota land cruiser that he came back to get from Colorado. It broke down in the lot of the semi shop I was working at. Me and two of my coworkers ended up fabricating a transmission mount for it. Didn't even have a clue who he was until we were pretty much finished up and he showed us his website. Needless to say we double checked our work after that. We were all off the clock and the story we now have made it well worth it.
Thats awesome! Bussey was my sensei for several years. He is a great martial artist. I bet you saved him some serious money. Import parts arnt cheap. Im from Omaha.
i want some fo these so badly but unfortunately they are very hard to get (not many people sell them and most of the time you need a licence) ah well its always nice to try summin new
Steve Jennum was also from RBWI, he won UFC3. I doubt you'de step in the cage with either of them. Scott Morris didnt even use ninjutsu, he just charged Pat like an ideot. Are you going to say The Pitts bad because Rampage owned Chuck?
I liked Jennum, but when he went up against someone who understood the ground game, things went bad for him. Like the fight against Marco Ruas. Ruas had him pinned in side position and Steve lay helpless taking hammerfists to the face until he tapped. Jennum did submit a boxer by armbar.....but boxrs know nothing of the ground game. Anyway, its a shame he didnt go further than he did...
I think Marco Ruas has a little more than just an understanding of the ground game. Jennum beat Harold Howard, who was the 2x Canadian heavyweight Jiu-jitsu champion. Howard's student, Michael Pisano, also went on to become the Canadian Jiu-jitsu champion and represented Candada at the 1992 World Jiu-Jitsu Championships in Argentina.
Harold Howard was tough as nails! I remember watching him beat that cement bag to shreds. I really think Howard would have beat Gracie if he had the chance. Do you know what hes been up to?
I have herd that before, but it has no relevance to me, if you achieve fourth dan under hatsumi, and your already a martial arts prodigy holding BBs in various arts you have the right to teach whatever you want. Ive seen bussey and trained under him for years. he is a true master. thats why at UFC2 they awarded him the king of combat crown.
Wrong. He was one of a few allowed to teach Togakure-ryu Ninjutsu back when it was new to the US. He was sanctioned by Hatsumi despite the lies you have heard over the years since. It's unfortunate that the Bujinkan community has chosen to spread lies all these years that Bussey was not really licensed to teach. So what if he did not continue with Ninpo? He publically announced he was not doing ninjutsu back in the 1980's and that he no longer wished to be affiliated with the art.
And Flick it.....

I don't think anyone can fault his skill with
shuriken, and to be honest I think his ukemi
is about the best I have ever seen. But a license
to teach is only awarded to Shidoshi who apply
for a license to teach. To become a Shidoshi you
need to do the godan test. Hatsumi may have said
something to him that he misunderstood but if he
had the piece of paper it would be on his wall for
all to see.
mouxou97 4 years ago
his skills speak volumes, but i guess its hatsumis thing and what he says gos

really is that why bussey himself made it known he was a 4th dan when in the bujinkan you must be a godan to teach?
