They are BOTH Arirang. The first version is Jungsun Arirang and the second is Kangwon Arirang. There are many regional variations and they all sound very different because they evolved over hundreds of years. Jungsun Arirang is actually the oldest but the best known one is Kyungki Arirang, which is sometimes simply referred to as "Arirang". But there are plenty of other famous versions, such as Jindo Arirang, Miryang Arirang, etc.
