There are very very good reasons why trans men do not have the lower surgery. One being it's a HORRIBLE CHOP JOB surgery. 90% of trans men elect not to have the lower surgery until medical advancement improves. Trans women can have a PERFECT lower surgery, so perfect no one can tell there ever was surgery preformed.

There are very very good reasons why trans men do not have the lower surgery. One being it's a HORRIBLE CHOP JOB surgery. 90% of trans men elect not to have the lower surgery until medical advancement improves. Trans women can have a PERFECT lower surgery, so perfect no one can tell there ever was surgery preformed.

Just as children with other syndromes and conditions have surgeries and medical help... we need to also see that a lot of transgendered people are born with physical abnormalities that need to be rectified. God may have intended for this woman to be born a MALE. But as you should know, Sin alters things. Don't speak for God, you're not God. There are all kinds of things that can go wrong in the womb. Will all due respect, you actually don't know that. 1/2,000 children born have some type of chromosome mutation, but no physically apparent differences between them and their 'pure XY/XX' counterparts. For example, 1/100 women actually have three X chromosomes.
