In this documentary it all comes out in the wash and it is shown how to make the population the "First Line Beneficiary" of that wealth generated through the phasing out of "all" taxation.
My one request would be research the few major mangers and directors for these investment funds of governments' accounts and tax policies.
The amount of effort to plan for this system seems daunting on a global scale and the computer search reveals the control in the hands of a very few financial families that control many corporate boards.

The "Final Cut" will have interviews with a few financial planers; government officials; announcements that several venues are launching with the TRF.
Creating the info pages for TaxRetirement-com, networking the implementation of the local venues starting TRF management.
Currently TaxRetirement-com is very basic, two pages.
I also have .us, .info and .net of the same.
They each will play an important role when activated as the TRF launches venue by venue.
