For those who might not have understood Taitz' statement, Obama told us all he was born a foreign national, a subject of the British Commonwealth because his father was a British subject. That is a matter of record. Roberts and the court, in an interpretation by Chief Justice Marshall, have direct jurisdiction in a case directly affecting provisions of the Constitution. That was a subtle point for most, but you can be sure Roberts understood it.

Hawaii had extremely lax guidelines in the issuance of certificates of live birth at the time; the word of a single parent months after the date of birth would get you a certificate of live birth.

For all the retards who don't understand why the long-form birth certificate is necessary, here it is: If the long-form birth certificate does not match the information on the C.O.L.B. which is posted on the Internet, then Obama's short form means precisely dick. A citizen must be born IN America.

No, the long form is not necessary. Google Missouri Health Dept. They issue only short forms. My friend was born in Missouri she has a short form bc just like Obama, she was able to get a passport with that, DL and she is working for the state of Florida. So change that lie. Not even ONE judge is asking for Obama's long form bc, in fact Judge Land said" Congress satisfied with Obama's qualifications"

Natural born citizenship is NOT one of the qaulifications to be an elected president or even a presidental candidate.

In fact, for the first time in history, in 2008, Americans voted for two presidential candidates who were NOT natural born U.S. citizens.

Those candidates were John McCain (Republican) and Barrack Obama (Democrat).

So, the question I ask is, if John McCain had been elected president, would natural born citizenship have been an issue?
