Actually, there are many who argue that well reviving Megatron in RotF, they also revived Blackout. I believe the scene that spawns this argument is that 2 more cons came up than went down. Though, it is purely open for dicussion.

The RotF one doesn't have the battle damaged paint apps. It also has the face plate over his lower face. The RotF version also has the swords instead of the hooks that he HftD one has. They are both the same mold, it is mostly personal preference on which you think looks better. RotF if you want a clean looking robot, HftD if you want one with battle damage.

Unfortunately not. The versions of this mold with the gun is Japanese exclusive. Those molds being, Buster Prime, Jetwing Prime and Striker Prime. Jetwing and Striker having the DotM Abs.
