@ninjaduderantaro use audacity, it works for mac and PC and you can do things like change pitch, speed, echo etc as well as record.

@ninjaduderantaro there is a ton of freeware for PCs some arent as easy and user friendly as Mac software but the mac was built mainly for the arts

I was wondering, after all the vids I've watched, Have you done anything on time managment? DIY tips don't matter to much unless you can budget your time well.

And example would be how you bust out these Grade A+ Vids every week. (My lips are pucked and are on ass) Is it 2 hours planning 2 hours rehersal 2 hours shooting everyday? then one day editing? don't know guessing. But would be nice to know what a Schedule looks like.

well yeah but like "the whole package" so to speak...because i've had some realatively horrible sound in the past, and yet i'm not a very big budget guy, you know? haha

@AKAgbird Oh gotcha. For a boom mic, you can find some pretty good $200 ones, but if you want really good audio you'll need to get closer to $400 or $600. Boom pole doesn't matter as much, just make sure you have a good shock mount.

A "Blimp" was a housing like shown in the pictures, where as a "Barney" is like a jacket to help mute the cameras noise. I believe the "Barney" came much later.

We had an episode of "Robot, Ninja & Gay Guy" that we had ADR the entire thing. The combination of Boom cable and HDMI cable (for the monitor) caused us to received some Mexican radio station that completely overwhelmed the on-set audio.

I posted it as a response. It was a HUGE learning experience.
