Had I realised they were part of the even shitter Direct Line lot, I would not have taken a policy out with them in the first place. I have now re-insured with Churchill, who although are probably not much better on the genetic advancement front, at least answer the phone within a minute.

For some reason I always remembered this advert. I can't help but always remember her for this!
