Jerry you speak pretty authoritatively that Dispensationalism is a "failed Theology", there is a vast number of Christians myself included that wholeheartedly disagree with your conclusion of Dispensationalism failure , I think a better way to put it would be in "your opinion" Dispensationalism is a failed Theology. Unless of course you are only speaking to a non Dispensational audience.
