  • Gas or diesel? Well, do you want to get 5mpg or 9mpg?

  • @SakoTGrimes We had a gasoline motorhome and gas mileage was HORRIBLE.It was like 5mpg so we sold it. Now we found a diesel Vectra that we like with Allison transmission for only $15.000 and its has like 15mpg.Better huh?

  • @keelsfamily Heck yeah! I plan on building a very aerodynamic small motorhome with a GM 6.2 diesel (that usually get around 20mpg) and hope to get around 22-24.

  • Wow you obviously don't know much about vehicles. A diesel RV will have twice if not more the twice the torque of a gas engine. Which in terms means more pullin power. And diesel is much better than gas It is much more efficient and lasts longer. And if your really daring you can make your own fuel for cheap.

  • @therealsasukeguy You're right, gas totally pwns diesel, as long as it's in the "Using More Fuel" "Fewest Hours Between Rebuilds" or "Least Amount of Torque" categories.

  • @therealsasukeguy ya a diesel rv cant pull a car up a mountain. it can pull another rv with a car hooked to that rv. seen many gas powered semis on the road lol? but i bet you have seen more than a few diesel's blow your gas rv's doors off. sounds like you bought a gas rv and kicking yourself now lol

  • are you kidding me the ony way to go is with a diesel yea its more expensive but gas literaly sucks the gas from you. so diesel all the way
