It was the right speed and you have a good voice for the song but you needd to practice it more and get the breathing right...you have sung it the best out of the covers ive seen on youtube though. first of all, if he can't play that chorus up one octave, he's out in my book

and his tone is too squawky, he needs to learn to play from his diaphragm, not his throat

i suggest playing baritone for awhile instead of practicing your trumpet, that helped alot of kids i know with that problem
