The "Real" name is "Tango to Evora" by Loreena McKennitt but that one has no words, its just music. Greek signer Haris Alexiou wrote words to it called "To tango tis Nefelis"/'Tango to Nefeli'. The Turkish version is titled "Nilüfer - Çok Uzaklarda" which is a cover of Alexiou's version since its title is Nefelis not Evora like the original is titled.
