As for the Sailors shooting, they were shooting into the ocean for target practice at a totally different time from when that Japanese guy being in the water,footage is from different sources some from WWII in color.

As for the Sailors shooting, they were shooting into the ocean for target practice at a totally different time from when that Japanese guy being in the water,footage is from different sources some from WWII in color.
