Its not the twin. One they are not making the tv show like the book. Two why would Allison have her twin sister's fake ID? You guys should be think on how Allison has two fake IDs. I think Alisons twin wanted to be her, so the real alison went into her bed room (From the video that caleb found) and then she tricked courtney to go see Ian. Alison moved to Pensylvania as Vivian to get away from A.
