The booz makes you super strong, and the weed makes you more resistant to damage, which is needed. The bad things are that they make your vision wacked out, depending on how drunk or high you are.

That's what I mean. I don't think you can get those things. I don't know why they would take them out. I try running into a guy holding a blunt, and he drops it, but if you run into a guy holding a bong, it just disappears, so I think you can't unlock them.
