  • i havent played throught all the final fantasy games but i still love the games and the songs

  • it was originaly to appear on the N64

  • @Redspirit358

actually square sift originally were going to make it for snes :), but because the snes was at the end of its life time, they the moved to n64.

  • @PocketScyther Actually, triangle soft was developing it as an Xbox live arcade download. However, circle soft had never actually heard of the Xbox, thus it was released on the atari, as they originally intended, despite being announced as an exclusive for the sega genesis. Therefore, it was only reasonable to release Crisis Core for the GBA (ported from the 3DS, mind you).

  • Watch on 240p for Real Retro Sound!

Like than can all see it!

  • @Gamocraft Your right. Retro games FTW

  • How did you make this? did you download the midi or is there a way to convert mp3 to midi?

  • this sounds epic

  • stop bitching around idiots.

i just said what i think

  • 0:41 was always my favorite part

  • Nice but it's not 8-bit :) Just sayin

  • this is epic ^_^... and 7 people got owned by Masamune

  • for real 8-bit feeling you must watch this in 240p ;)

  • Try famicon. They work

  • like others say-too much chanels for 8 bit(sound like 10 or 12 bit)

  • GXSCC?

  • To the NES exploding comment: Multiple consoles.

  • Sareth18, Sareth19, Sareth20, Sareth21 and Sareth22 disliked this video

    D:

  • I beat it you havent haha lol

  • this is absolutely amazing.. lol, i love this song.. might wanna find a way to get it as my ringtone now... i loved ff7 as a game.. never had the patience to get level 99 though, was always around 60 something when i beat it.

  • as a TRUE ff7 fan i LOVE THIS ive played the gamesince i was a kid and ive beaten it more than 8 times and its still fun

  • There's a way to download it on a online converter

  • ^ upset there is now download D:<

  • ment no >.>.......and v.....fail.

  • Comment removed

  • well,maybe i should apologize here

it was not really my opinion to make it worse or something

    i just said what i thought,thats all!

  • @Sareth18 If you read the description, it says that I have never beaten this game. So you, my friend, are correct. I am not a true fan. That being said, I don't see the problem in enjoying FF7 music in faux 8-bit form. I'm sorry it displeases you so.

  • @PopaRocks hmm, i should read the description first.

well, but like i said,i dont like the music, and a true fan of FF 7 would never make something like this.

but like you said, youre not a fan, so i think its ok!

  • @PopaRocks You don't have to beat the game. I haven't, yet I've still seen Advent Children, watched every ff7 parody on YouTube, am obsessed with Zack Fair, and have the balls to rant about my obsession. So f**k you, Sareth18! ^_^

  • @PopaRocks I think the song is amazing, but you're right. It's faux 8-bit.

Even still, it's a good piece. And nobody understands that when you make tributes like this, you honor the game, not desecrate it. Elitists like that are the ones who desecrate it. Please, keep up the good work.

  • @PopaRocks he's just a hater this sounds bad ass

  • @PopaRocks As a "real" FF7 fan, (whatever that is), I can say I have no problem with this and don't really understand what the problem would be in the first place. In fact, I find it it to be on one of the top three tiers of awesome. Well done. And honestly, you should go back and play it all the way through. Fantastic game.

  • @PopaRocks if that's true that you can't be a true fan until you've beaten a game, then i'm not a true fan of any game i own. except for the fact that i still say i am because i love the story, gameplay, music, concepts, and everything about each one i own. so... yeah. don't let one asshole with a boner for music that's beyond the realm of 8 or 16 bit get you down.

  • @PopaRocks what should u care about a homo like him?

  • @PopaRocks He didn't sound friendly! >:(

  • @Sareth18 yer full a shit!!!!!! im a FF7 fan and this is a class 8 bit mix!! theres a much sill in doin this in 8 bit as on guitar so because i can play it on guitar in not a fan????

  • @Sareth18

its still sounds decent in 8 bit

  • @Sareth18

What's wrong with this version? You don't like chiptunes?

  • @Sareth18 @PopaRocks A real FF7 fan would enjoy the song in any form. Unless it mutilates it. This is what the theme would be if it was still on the consoles before PS1. Epic win.

Oh, and i've beaten FF7 3 times. All 99's each time. <3 Go ahead and say i'm not a true fan.

  • @Sareth18 Oh no, on the contrary, a real FF 7 fan would LOVE this!

  • @Sareth18 If you're a real FF fan in general, then you would be dying from a nostalgia stroke!!!

  • @Sareth18 NEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRDDDDDDDDDD!!!

  • @Sareth18 Not if trolling or just trying to beat sephiroth 100th time and still losing -.-

  • @shamif

    wtf? why sephiroth? hes easy

  • @Sareth18 It's the idea.

  • @Sareth18 your going to get regularly toll'd by people for your dumbass comment from before, accept that fact you will get reply's every so often talking down to you, since you did sound like a complete douchebag

  • I just came in my pants as soon as I heard the intro 0_0!

  • HI, love the song :D

Do you mind If I use this in one of my videos? (Speedpaint) ?

  • wtf is the nes

  • @arsepirate90 omg how old are you ? hahahaha

  • @Henry1993bc 20

  • @arsepirate90 You're kidding right? that's the old school nintendo!

  • @DartUchiha nope im dead serious. Unlike others, I didnt waste most of my childhood playing game consoles. I did enjoy FFVII however.

  • @arsepirate90 Nes is short for Nintendo entertaining system. After that you got snes and s is for super. 8 bit was used to make music for these consoles.

  • Definitely too many channels for a NES soundtrack, but still freakin' epic!

  • Maybe on the Atari Jaguar? no.

  • who the fuck cares which system it was intended to be released on!!!

    fucking freaks get some hobbies!

  • @Individualpsychologe seems like yur not a gamer, or havent been one for long

  • @Ryuzaki4x

more like im not a stupid faggot who cares about nonrelevant bullshit like that?

it was released on psx so fuck it

  • @Ryuzaki4x hes the idiot who searched it up.

  • F***ING EPICCCCCC X3333

  • it ws actually ment for the vectrex, and it was to be the continuaton of berserk, and be an arts slash doom pip off

  • As much as I have zero interest in any FF game that isn't 1 or 6, I'll give FF7 credit where credit is due: this song, like the vid description said, is totally awesome!!

  • dude u have to like this game, it's not dislikeable!!!

  • epic song !

  • GXSCC isn't real 8-bit. Too many sound channels and whatnot.

  • Aaaahh. The nostalgia just came rushing into my very bones.

  • When Square exprese his desire to make a game to PlayStation, the president of Nintendo says something like "the role playing games are boring games to depressive people".

No more games to Nintendo until years ago :D

  • I just had an ear-gasm...

  • @asyed1996 lol

  • wow i never knew this existed awsome

  • @poparocks you really need to beat the best game in the world. :)

  • Sony didn't buy anything.

FF7's creators said that it will be a lot better if it was released on a better system.

Back in the days, it was the Playstation 1.

So, no, Sony didn't buy anything, it's just the fact that the SNES was out of the line...

  • And better it was. It was unbelivable.

  • epic song for bosses that are always epic

  • The tags for the video are win.

  • This would make the NES explode

  • @Diamondkid777 of curse an NES would explode, however a genesis with it's blast possessing would fair much better

  • disregard that ima thinking 16bit.............

  • @Diamondkid777

NES? This made my PS3 Explode!

  • Too many channels for 8Bit. The NES soundchip would explode. xD

    But it's still greaaat!

  • @DasMirko but not too much for the MSX...

  • I will use this in a video. Hope you dont mind? I will tell its your song and tell to subscribe you :D

  • wooow so nice!!

    i like it

  • WOW that's cooooooool thanks boy. I'm gonna subscribe you... and 5 rate

  • I can almost hear the 8 bit sound effects of the attacks. Great job!

  • i could never find any clouds theme/main theme remixes so im making my own.

i really hope it turns out as good as this :D

  • the game was intended for the snes. i bet this is close to wat this song would have sounded like if it did

  • This game was never intended to be on the SNES. It was always supposed to be for the Playstation. But back then the Playstation was supposed to be a CD add-on to the SNES so maybe that's where you're confused. Nintendo pruduct, yes. 16-bit SNES game? No.

  • This game WAS planned to be on the SNES. However, it was developed with the N64 in mind. It was released on the Playstation because Square wanted to used CD's,and Nintendo was still using cartridges, so they switched. It wasn't ALWAYS supposed to be on the playstation. It was merely intended to be on a disc. If it was always supposed to be on the PSX, it would look a lot better, almost like FFXIII and FFIX.

  • No, that's not right. Even BEFORE the N64 was in it's infant stages as the Ultra 64 Nintendo and Sony had a deal for Sony to make the Playstation FOR Nintendo as a peripheral to the SNES. This was the setup that Square was initially developing FFVII for. Nintendo dropped Sony and the PS because Sony wanted more control over the licensing for their system. So Sony released the PS as their own (resulting in the creation of the Sony Comuter Entertainment Division). And Square followed them.

  • My bad. But w/e, why does it honestly matter.

  • @LithiumHero While most of your statement is correct, i just want to clear things up a little bit. Nintendo didn't just drop Sony. Nintendo went behind Sony's back and was making some sort of deal with Philips, who at the time was putting together the CDi. This caused legal trouble and Sony left Nintendo. Thats why the CDi has 3 shitty zelda games and a mario game. Other then that, what you say is true.

  • @florgieborgie Yea, the CDi blew cock 2.0

  • Actually it was planned for the N64 kids, so you're both wrong. Sorry.

  • just to screw with you guys, it was supposed to be for the virtual boy, this is the actual soundtrack for it, and there was an inside joke about going blind before actually beating it

  • It's true, I read this on Wikipedia.

  • No it wasn't made for ps1

  • @ozzylifeson FFVII wasn't?

    >>

  • @AzarelBlade Yep original production for FF7 Wasn't for PS1 It was believably the SNES or Nintendo 64 Sony just bought it

  • @ozzylifeson Nintendo and Sony at the time had been rumored to be working together on a disc-based console.

  • Someone make a fan remake of FF7 for the nes NOW!!!!!!!

  • It has been done. Search FF7 NES Pirate or somethign along those lines.

  • <_< you mah man, need to make it your self. i aint even no how 2 make flash games. if i did, i would make ff7 8-bit and use this song, but no. noonono! u gotta do it ur self!

  • Iike 3pichobo said, there is one aIready, and apparentIy its hard as heII.

  • square-enix would be on their ass so fast. just look at what they did at the fan made swords!!!! fucking lawsuits left and right. i mean, it HAS to be done by square. it needs to be perfect. the closest "remake" are what people have been doiing modding the FFVII pc version...

  • blaaaaack magessssss!!!

    will smite you down....

    purely wonderous is the 8bit

    5/5

  • Let me guess U this was a midi song but u converted to 8-bit with a program, I forgot the name but I think was japanese or chinese, I forgot!

  • correct

  • Could you tell me the program? Like ive said... I forgot the name....

  • GXSCC

  • tell me poparocks any chance of getting a 16-bit coverter program for bgm.

  • how did you make it 8-bit

  • he took a MIDI file (a sort of music file type like MP3 but less quality comparable to simple ring tones) and used a program to make it 8bit

  • The bigger one is definitely a more accurate version of the Buster Sword.

  • yeah but the smaller is more accurate for a liva action movie remake

  • you will release those weapons to me immediately....

  • this is really.... catchy :-)

  • i can see 8-bit cloud hittin 8-bit sephiroth with an omnislash right now

  • That would be tight. They need to make a remake of this game already...

  • yes they do and instead of nubs for hands they'll have fingers

  • NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

    LEGO PEOPLE FTW!!!

  • Funny tags

  • Heheh, thanks.

  • I Can Almost See 8-bit Cloud Fighting Air Buster :P

  • Yes...I forgive you...

  • Hey, how come you put "Isaiah Alvarez favorite game of ALL time" in the tags and you didn't do the same for To Zanarkand and me?! AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  • I'll change that, sorry, I made yours first though...isn't that good...?
