  • Awesome tutorial. Thank you very much!

  • Does the shopping have to do with the amount of shipping when you send the item out in the Post Office, or does the shipping have to do with the tax...which, in Philadelphia is 8%? I have an etsy account that I would like to start sellin but this video is helping out alot, so after favoroting the videos, I will begin make items to sell on my etsy shop.

  • i'm worried about the zip codes and shipping prices how to i figure these things out if i havent sold an item before

  • @nikkiblair61 You can go to the USPS website and use the zip codes and weight and sizes to get estimates of your shipping costs.

  • You video content is very good it helped me a lot but you need to use a tripod. We can't read the screen so there is no need to keep zooming in and out increase camera to at least 720p or higher.

  • hi. please how to receive all the money at the end of the day. do u need a bank account for that? thanx

  • Blinks....I set up a PayPal account online. They will verify your bank account and set you up to send and receive money from your Etsy store. They charge a small percentage for this service, but it's well worth having!

  • Thanks VERY helpful!

  • Thank You!

    Your advice was much Help!

  • Hooray! I'm really happy that this little video helped you. Thanks for telling me that. :D

  • is this site available for canadian to have a store?,or is it only for u.s residents? What are the fee's to set up a store on etsy?

  • As far as I know you can have an Etsy store if you live in Canada, but go have a peek at their website to see.

Setting up the store is FREE (my favorite thing about it) and the fees for each item that you list are only 20 cents for a 6 month period. Can't beat that!

  • Oh my gosh!!! 0.0 I've been wanting to see a website like this a long time ago....=]

  • Hi! You give such great advice.:)

    Take care.

  • Thanks! This was very helpful.

  • I added an Etsy account, and listed debcoart as the person who recomended the site. Do you have any tips on how to further reach customers to buy my art?

  • Why thank you, sugar pie! That's very sweet of you to do.

I would recommend that you come over to Ning...a link is on my Channel page. Join some artist groups there and just keep rolling out your artwork and plastering it everywhere you can.

  • I think you did it amazingly well. I wouldn't have a clue:-)

Deb, I tried to send you a note, but am blocked. Can you add me as a YT friend?

    Nina

  • great, as usual:-)

  • You have NO idea how long this one took to make! Man oh man....I nearly threw my computer across the room. I'm not very good at these technical online videos, but because I am basically retarded in the area, I think it makes it easier for the new people to understand. Hopefully. :D
