  • The Office :D

  • What pole have you been training with as i believe the proper dragon pole weighs 2-3kg.

I have been training with an 8 ft staircase banister rail from my local hardware store.

There are lot of wing chunners whom train with the light version, this is all for show, come to combat using a pole & they would suck.

I understand your theory as regards using an heavier pole to train then a lighter one eventually to tighten up and sharpen the moves.

    Common sense really

  • two thumbs up!! I would give you more, but alas..I only have two hands.. please give my best to Sifu Jullian. :))

  • Wow. thank so much for sharing. Respect from NZ

  • I love seeing so many different styles of the Dragon Pole. Just scroll threw the youtube videos and almost every single one is different, and emphasize different techniques.

  • I can see that you have quite some control, how long have you been training the longpole form, at the moment you posted this vid?

Thanx for this vid pall, for some reason i think its inspiring ;D

Kind kungfu regards from the Netherlands

  • Are you from William Cheung's lineage? Thx!!

  • Thanks dude!

  • very good snaping energy..like a lot!

  • Thanks so much! will continue 2 develop

  • Good energy !

Your Luk Dim Boon Kwan is good.

  • thanks friend - but there is always room to improve. THe best to you !

  • @wingchunbingfa Your Luk Dim Boon Kwan is too small.

  • let's me help you to think more broadly - that if you have a pole that's bigger that the pole that u have been familiared with, and in reverse that if you have even a smaller pole than what i am holding in this vid - can you apply wingchun pole technique? this is very important to clarify! good luk friend
