when a trained plane crew, who are familiar with making trans-oceanic flights at night, say they saw the amount of Lights on the horizon as from a "small city" and it is over the ocean... ufo researchers have to take notice. When one of these researchers has spheres in weather radar all the same size in a certain pattern of flight called -- formations-- also flying off the USA coast over the same ocean, the people of the world should start to take notice .
