What type of swimbaits are you throwing? The Veritas 7', 7'3" & 7'6" Medium Heavy rods would work for the smaller paddle tail type swimbaits, but nothing more that a 6" or 7" bait.

I just got the vendetta 6'9" mh rod today at my bait shop. I paired it up with a revo s and works great so far. It works good with worms and jigs, and good for pitching.

I would pair a Vendetta or Vengeance rod with any bait casting or spinning outfit you are comfortable with. Personally I paired my Vendettas with my Abu Garcia Revo SX and Revo STX casting reels. They balance very well as mentioned in the video making for an amazing combo. I use a 6'6" Medium and a 7' Medium Heavy.

Awesome rods. They feel like models that cost hundreds.
