After you finished reapairing the Cage be sure to leave the Nightclub (Go to Town) and you will receive the call otherwise he might not call you.

To get in the closet you have to:

1. Buy EPF DS (Elite Penguin Force for the DS)

2. Inside the box you will find a card with a code.

3. Put that code on "Unlock Items Online"

4. You will receive a Certificate and access to the Closet AKA The Command Room

when you get the jetpack you put it on the cage and it auto traps him but you get the medal im tryin to find out how you get the reward

To get the reward you have to help the Gift Shop Clerk. You do that by helping him with his sale. ;)

It finally worked after hours of trying to get in Cp. I completed it by myself, but it took me a while to figure out the Jet pack part. I eventually figured out that you just follow the directions and keep going.
