It's Hans Zimmer, he tends to recycle chord progressions and other things between his songs. Black Rain sounds a lot like Batman Begins, for example.

Personally, I felt like 10,000 BC's soundtrack was a blatant rip off of one of the themes from King Arthur, but that's a completely different composer.
