dude i dont know if its the squash and stretch the worth of study what about the spirit I see in his drawing the spirit of character something missed now a days

well, you have to owe it to the principles that most animators lack with technology they take advantage of. The spirit of the characters he drew were so alive because of the use of principles like squash and stretch.

I hope you weren't under the impression that I owed it entirely to that principle! But yeah, today's cartoons lack that old spirit; and producers wouldn't give two craps as longs as they make money!
