Oh come on people! I know I'm not the ONLY Dad here. See those kids? EVERY Dad knows that kids LOVE to play in water. Haven't you seen how fire depts leave hydrants slightly open during hot summers, so kids can run through the spray & cool off while playing. The fire-fighters who do that are Dads. This guy's a Dad too, so just cracked the pipe a bit so the kids could play in water.
Dumb kids dont know that the pressure coming out of that pipe could cut them in half or blind them. I work in the pipe industry so dont say im exagerating.
