John cracked me up at times, because to me it often looked like he would answer questions on HIS own time! lol For example, as Jill is asking him a question, he's looking down at his paperwork, doing his own thing, as if she's not even there and there's no camera on him.
But he was very good, and he was the face of TWC for a long time. He's definitely missed.
