It can really happen to anyone, if they're not paying attention. I lived like this too, when I first moved out of my parents' house. You don't realize it's going to get so messy until it's way too late! (Walls?? You don't expect WALLS to get messy.) Moving into a new place was my kickstart. Now my place is always clean.

How come the family did not blink an eye when Kim told and showed them @ 1:30 that nasty, black water that came out of their carpets....I certainly would have a shocked look on my face....Kim and Agie should have made each one of them smell it.

The point of this show is that there is not one certain kind of person that does this, it happens to all different types, think of all those lovely older gals who find themselves like this and they personally dont look dirty, they have just got problems, this is a nice little family, how brave to go on this show and let everyone see, now that takes alot. I hope it works.

im a minimalist..the less stuff in the house the better.Just cos Im lazy to clean..its better to clean wide open spaces than go into every single nook and cranny..

I was thinking the same thing. And the bedrooms too seem quite small. (I am Australian). My husband has an English background and he says a lot of homes in England are quite tiny.

Wow I think that is the best 2 week update I have ever seen. That so sweet the little boy is getting to have his friends come over for a sleepover for his birthday. It's probably the first time he has ever had friends over.
