  • Holy random madness Batman! I am in an education program and currently constructing my first lesson plan. I am going to be an English teacher, and I was struggling to pick a novel to work with. I settled on Fahrenheit 451 about 5 minutes ago- then randomly watched this video.

    It sounds like you had the kind of deep discussion I hope to have in my classes. Nice job, and thanks for pushing kids to think. :)

  • Thanks! Teaching is a hard task, but very rewarding. Thanks for sharing. My 10th graders read Fahrenheit 451 last year. I wish more students appreciated the beauty in reading.

  • I had to read F451 in 8th grade, so those students must be pretty lazy or far behind
