I haven't seen this whole "tag" concept before.  Interesting. Altho, a headband, technically isn't a hat, because it technically doesn't cover your head... It's like a glorified necklace for your forehead. haha. I can never find cool hats that are affordable.

Go to GoodWill, or some place like that. If you like cat hats, go to Hot Topic...But they're kinda expensive. If you want other kinds of hats, any craft stores have ones that you can decorate yourself, it's pretty awesome. Then, of course, you can travel the world and gather hats like that. I got my favourite little hat from Pennsylvania. (Not exactly traveling the world, but hey. D: )
