Catholic schools work into your mind that these things actually happened before at a young age because when you are young you believe everything that is told to you. You trust everyone around you leaving you vulnerable. Just so you know, people don't believe in their religion or deity because they were brainwashed, most of the time it gives them a sense of purpose. I grew up a Catholic and I love it, I don't care about how unlikely it is that God exists. That's why it's called Faith. I have no proof and it makes no logical sense. I just believe. And I go to a Catholic school where we take a world religions as sophomores.

hey my brothers i love rise against with a passion and i love the Lord God with a passion, but this isn't christian music, not saying that some christian music isn't absolutely rocking. but all im saying is as a christian i would rather listen to Rise Against (one of the only good REAL rock bands today in my opinion) than things like justin beiber, or any of that other crap, this may not be christian music but its some of the only music as a christian i love to listen to. (As everyone except garfield has said) This music was not INTENDED as "christian music" but HOW DARE YOU (as in everyone except garfield) tell him that his oppinion (sadly, you are actually attacking his beliefs, but we will just say that they are too similar to care) is wrong. If you looked, (and thought about it) all that garfield claimed was that this song is "christian music" in the fact that it upholds christian beliefs. He said nothing more, and he said nothing less.
