  • Beautiful, thank you, and such a lovely image in the background. I meditate often to restore myself from the demands of the world. I'm also interested in the physiology of meditation as it slows down body activity (and energy consumption) until there is abundant energy for countenancing everything you want to, without fear or dismay or resentment.
