Don't vote unless you vote for the Constitution party or Ron Paul. The Republicans and Democrats are two sides of the same coin. We need to do away with the delegate vote system and install a popular vote system. Delegates are nothing more then Governers, Senetors, Judges, etc..etc.. who make the actual votes for America. Close the border, get rid of illegals and assimilate the legals, set up tariffs to bring jobs home and bring the troops home from basically, everywhere. We dominate air and sea; we don't need to dominate the land. Neither party is interested in any of that. The media (biggest voice), corporations (biggest wallet, next to teacher's union: our well paid child brainwashers) and politicians are opposed to all those planks. It seems hopeless. Still, people change.

Do you think that the PEOPLE will go for restrictions on the MEDIA's coverage of elections - like they have in Canada.
In Canada - the turnout is higher - partly because the Media there HAS to tell the FACTS about turnout - here we never hear 43% turnout in 2006. If the turnout was THAT low in Canada - it would be front page every day till the next election

I don't think America's parties care about America. I don't think a lot of Americans care about America anymore either.
I think a lot of people are more concerned about Israel, Palestianians, Indians, Africans, Iranians etc

Well, we offshore factory jobs and an entire generation develops scorn for factory work.

I agree - it is a slve system - remember when slavery was practiced - it was only the super-rich that owned slaves - nobody in my family was that rich -we are talking the top 2% - it is the same thing now - the top 2% has us all enslaved

I mean we have a system of Big corporations shipping jobs overseas - so that they can make more monsy off of slve labor in CHina - but what it also does is it has the affect of making us have to be slaves because of the bad jobs that are left here

Oh, well. I think the Chinese are very proud of their jobs. My experience with American labor is that it is lazy, ungrateful, incompetent and surly. lol If I could put some of the folks who've worked for me to the lash, I would carry a big smile on my face.

Well all I know is that those kids were the laziest - and the hardest working people I know are the lower middle class folks - but that may just be me - cause I come from that bunch I may be prejudiced - NOW I do hate to see fat lazy POOR folks - is that who you are talking about - but they don't usually work - Oh I see

I think you are in denial. Customer service in America is in the toilet. It is pathetic. We have done better in the past, but it is horrible today. Remember, the exception doesn't prove the rule. Of course, most people do not feel loyalty to their employer anymore. Furthermore, they do not feel "connected" in bonds of loyalty and kinship to fellow Americans. So, their behavior is not surprising. In this regard, our country is/has already fallen apart.

We are debauched. The thinking behind Free Trade and World Government can easily be found in the mid 19th Century. Intelligent people (religious and Atheist) really believed that we could end all wars, solving all international disputes through arbitration, conducted of course, by an international body (United Nations). They also believed we could end poverty, by redistributing wealth from wealthy countries to less wealthy countries (Free Trade). We are doing it and it sucks for, The U.S.A.

So we just need to find a way to bring people together - and I think it is by promoting Freedom - that worked in the colonial days - when the risk or potential of loss is high - people get more involved - don't they?

The colonists were already bonded together by race, religion, similar origins and values. 50% of children under 5 years old in America today are not of European origin and The Clintons believe this is a reason to celebrate; they are not unique.
Our President has tried to unite us in an epic struggle to give the people of The Islamic World, "Freedom."
We already "freed" women from housework and childbirth and men from factory work. How much "freedom" do you think we can take?

at least Russert is "gone" - he turned off a lot of potential voters in the last several elections - remember - he was head of NBC for the lowest turnout in modern history - 1996 - but did Russert ever say the word turnout once - NO - he covered it up with lies -RIP
