  • i have been to like 4 or 5 of these. my aunts wedding. I love how the family gets 2gether to bless the couple. they would likely have had a christian wedding afterwards

  • @siaty1 lol umm this is nigerian smh..mainly in the bendelite/edo/delta region..nigeria is not only comprised of igbos, yorubas and hausa people you know..

  • @naijagal of course ! the tribes and languages are many and varied, its just that the three tribes you mentioned have are in the majority and thats why they are known to most however we need to promote the smaller tribes and their individual cultures too.

  • @aitan844 much agreed!! :)

  • "My Nigerian friend got married to his Nigerian wife in Nigeria"...that is all #bwahaha

  • I´m from Brasil and i´m very hapy to see how we have similar music and dance form the yoruba influences!

  • @petreitas you have similar music and dance and do you know that YORUBA is spoken in parts of BRAZIL to this day? , although this wedding vid isnt a yoruba ceremony , our languages are still spoken in brazil, our music, our culture in the form of IFA is still practiced and that, I find is a miracle of God that such things can still exist despite the best efforts of the slavers they never managed to expunge the collective identity of brazillian and cuban blacks

  • this is most definately NOT a yoruba wedding but its quite close... bini are close and some claim that we yoruba come from bini but its not true.. however its all the same not in cultural tradition but in country .. Nigeria is one country despite all the problems.. we are ONE.
