The name Akane sounds like Kagome. The name Ryoga sounds like Koga. Ranma sounds like Inuyasha (ha, even literally).Ukyo kind of sounds like Sango, but if anything Ukyo carries around a large multi-purpose weapon just like Sango. Myroku sounds like Tofu (and both are like healers or try to come up with solutions)... lots of similarities in the 2 shows!!
