  • This movie is brillaint...saw it yrs ago. i work in mental health & it shows everything that takes place to being unwell, a breakdown and then getting back to recovery. Excellent performance.

  • Any chance of uploading the entire film so we can all have a chance to see it? Bits and pieces are terrific but I'm really hoping that one day some generous person would post the complete movie so we may all appreciate one of the Diva's finest performances.

  • I've Never seen this Movie....But I plan to.. I live in San Diego Ca, And I know for a Fact! That the Extreme Homeless rate is largley do to Mental Illness....There are no resources for thses Ppl that are suffering. And As long as there Non-Violent.. They never get the help or treatment they so desperatley need.

  • best acting performance diana ever did

  • @faunreese she looks ugly.

  • @whatigot2say i guess that's why i called her acting ability good, much different than her other roles. she was divaless, plus she picked up on the accuracy of being a schizophrenic/mentally ill woman (just an example of one, not saying everyone is like this) and then when she was in the bar, how often people can mistaken the illness for substance abuse or homelessness, etc., look where she started in college, where she wound up and how she was able to pull herself up.

  • Wow Ive never seen this I have to find it now....Epic...Diana Ross is the best!

  • Great movie! Real actress!

  • She wasn't a drug addict in this movie - she played a woman who had schizophrenia, a mental illness.

  • @cwynns247 She played that role great..I love her in this movie and in ''lady sings the blues''..
