The funny thing is every person who gets an instant head shot does that exact thing, and when I try to do the same thing as them it never works. I'm sure the makers of the game didn't intend for people to get instant head shots by using the box or hack the game. After all the box is used for hiding, not helping you to get head shots. It makes the game completely unfair to those who either don't know about the trick, or who don't wish to use it.

You've clearly never played a metal gear before other than 4. The problem with MGS4 is that when you exit a box your put in crouch mode almost instantaneously. They need to set it like it was in older metal gear games, where you character would stop for a half second and get in, and would go back to their original position when exiting the box. Box Pop does take the fun out of siderolling and action rolls in MGO, but it works because it was never fixed.
