These new crap they come up with is just a mock to the best thing that happend to CAPCOM. That's not really a Beast Out form. Rockman is the only one with that ability. You see, this is all a misunderstanding. Colonel was invaded by the beastization element, and ended up a soldier of the Greiga army. Sorry to dissapoint, but Rockman is pretty much the only one with a true Beast Out form. Not to mention badass :D
