  • voting tactic.... registered as interesting

  • Noam Chomsky argues that we actually have a 1 party Polyocracy (A group of powerful governand run the nation, the average personn had no real say). he isrgument is that republicans and democrats are only about 2" apart on most issues and there arent any socialist or libertarian paries to give it any real opposition.

  • Double edged sword. Its extremely unlikely for Nader to be elected because he isn't a major party candidate. And he can't help that unless he is elected.

  • in no way imaginable is that a double edge sword . that kind of talk indirectly supports the wrongheaded notion that one shouldn't vote for the presumptive looser. the point is precisely it is the electorate you can pull-apart the deadlock of said duopoly. it is b/c he isn't channeled through those corporate parties that he can run as the 'real-life progressive' not in spite of the fact. he said, in kind, a vote of no confidence is a vote for participatory and representative change.

  • Do not vote for the RepubliCrat$ duopoly again!

Ralph Nader has been an advocate for your average citizen for many years. Apathy is sinking our U.S. ship and, Europe cannot believe how citizens of the U.S. blindly follow the RepubliCrat$ duopoly!

Bypass the corporate controlled media and tune into alternative news online.

  • Libertarians are doing that in New Hampshire.

    well, they are trying

  • oops

  • what is jury mandering

  • Gerrymandering is the deliberate rearrangement of boundaries in congressional districts to influence the outcome of elections

Gerrymander was created in 1812 by Mass governor Elbridge Gerry, who crafted a district that looked like a salamander

The purpose of gerrymandering is to either concentrate opposition votes into a few districts to gain more seats for the majority in surrounding districts; packing or to diffuse minority strength across many districts; dilution

  • oh, I had always known it as re-districting...but since I asked this question, i had figured it out. I have learned that other states they have done this as well, meaning the democrats have done this too in other states. Here in, collin county whether people are demo or repub- they will run on the repub ticket b/c they know that is the only way they will win. Having a monopoly on the party is ridiculous. We should ALL move after they "re-district"every thing to claim our country back!

  • Libertarians are doing that in New Hampshire.

    well, they are trying

  • What gets me is apathetic American people who believe the lies of our NWO controlled News Media which is so biased. Oligarchy sick form of FASCISM, WAKE OSTRICHES GET YOUR HEADS OUT OF THE SANDS OF DENIAL, VOTE NADER 08!!!

  • My friend, go to a video strand of a pro Obama or pro Mccain and post these messages. If we're watching Nader videos, we got the point. Start changing minds!

  • $700 Billion in a Banking Bailout! $600 Billion just passed quietly for the new Military Budget! Some of us are working our asses off out here, calling Congress, writing letters to the media and talking to people. Where the HELL is Everyone?! What do you people need to wake up already! Tell me, what do you need, cats? boobs? people kicked in the groin? C'mon Already! What's going to push your button? Where is your breaking point?
  • When the govt. takes away our homes, our guns, our food, and overtax us. We have the most dysfunctional govt in the so called free world. Obama is no Saint neither is McCain and both are for war. Do the research sleepers their is a website that shows you were the candidates stand on all the issues. I really think we could have a revolution if it gets any worse people the sleepers are in for more rude awakenings. Then maybe they will open their minds and get off their lazy butts and vote 3rd party

  • "None of the above" has won most of the presidential elections since the war. The turnout to the elections are usually around 50%, compared to 80% in many other democracies. So that's approximately 25% to each of the two parties, and 30% are voters who would vote under other circumstances.

The turnout in US presidential elections, not to mention congressional elections which are even worse, is an embarrassement to a country that purports to be the world's leading democracy.

  • Ralph Nader = manna.

    I support Nader 2008.

  • none of the above is NOT an option

the third parties/independents unite NOW (you still have a few days) and come up with ONE candidate for Nov. 08 and you will win otherwise ...

  • Vote none of the above whenever only Democrats and Republican candidates are on the ballot.

  • Well if we can get him up to at least 5% of the popular vote this election he will be automatically qualified for ballot access in all 50 states in 2012 as well as be qualified for matching campaign funds. This would do a lot to make it a three-way race between Nader and his democratic and republican opponents.

Sure election fraud is a problem but it's not nearly as big of a problem as low participation.

    Low participation = Bad government

Register to vote and participate for justice.

  • hmmm, nah.

  • Lord, jew made me laugh. Jew should be a comedian. However, the punch line of your comment should be..."if jew don't vote jew lose." Vote Nader/Gonzalez '08.

  • jew just don't get it, do you?

  • I am voting Nader but we need to destroy the Electoral college. Then vote in the National Initiative

  • Ralph, can't afford to $upport your campaign but America can't afford not to vote Third Party. You've got my vote.
