@GreatSongwriters ... I use the Digitech Vocalist Live 2. I LOVE IT !!! They're made to plug your guitar in, it reads your chords and plays the appropriate 2 or 3 part harmony. Except instead of my guitar, I plug in the netbook that plays back my backup tracks and it reads the chord changes from the drums bass and keys (pretty good).... If you use it like a spice (sparingly) it can be real effective. The Vocalist Live 3 is out now, so the V2 can be had for $200.... worth every penny !!!
