@CB2Admin make a copy of the whole folder of the level you want to edit and edit the copy instead of the original

It was Wacom drivers. If anyone has the same problem, uninstall any graphics tablet software.

Create the hole before you put in the Voxel Object, it will make it more smooth, and make the hole way bigger than the Voxel Painter hole, so there wont be any 90 degrees angles...
