California could have gotten these...back in the 1980's. If the High Speed Rail project DID catch on in America THOUSANDS of jobs would have been part of the celebration.
The US Government would NOT allow foriegn made trains for delivery here.
They were also TOO stupid to keep Americans out of work...as there could have been a joint agreement to build them here.
