WHY ARE WE ARGUING RELIGION ON A NOSTALGIA CRITIC VIDEO?? Seriously I have watched most of his vids and the only thing I know religious wise is that he is a baptised Catholic (one of us, one of us, one of us......) . Aslon, was not made to mock Jesus he was made to tell the story of Jesus in a way to get kids involved, but the original story from the Bible is always the best version. They are listed through out the Bible. Leprosy, insanity, loss of something you hold dear, and many more. The last thing G-d wants to do is send you to Hell, that is why he sent Jesus to die for us. If we do not accept Jesus then we have condemned ourselves to Hell because Jesus saves us from our sin.

I know enough about him. I am talking to the creator of this film. If you follow the link to the left you will see a video with Optimus Prime saying "remember I died for you sins." How is that fair or funny to mock a religion? It is always the Christian religion no other religion gets mocked as harshly or openly, but then again what should you expect right. People want to make out like we are teh ones who are violent and bad, but we just try to help people by leading them to salvation.

Scientist spent years trying to disprove G-d, but only found out that there was a higher possibility that there is indeed a G-d. Things like the planet Earth's position in the Universe is precisely correct for us, that the air has the precise amount of chemicals our body needs, the law of heat travelling to cooler objects, and many more to list. I mean, you couldn't say "Jesus Christ is my saviour" before he was born because no one knew who he was...so all those people who never had a chance to say it, what happens to them? @NostalgiaAVGNfan A Question that can easily be answered from the scriptures, the Bible. Before Jesus one had to sacrifice a spotless lamb from their flock, or the best from their flock. One also had to follow the laws that are written in the Old Testament, which is also called the Torah in the Jewish Religion, so half of the Bible was around before Christ. You will also read that after Jesus' ressurection that the Saint of Old, all those before Jesus where risen up with Jesus and ascended.

@7thNCtrooper2 Which brings an interesting question. What if you had no flocke? Not everyone had access to a farm. Also, if the scriptures are old and written from the word of God, why change them? I always thought Gods word was everything, but I've not heard any reports of him ordering a New Testament. That seems to have come about through complaints about the Old Testament.

@NostalgiaAVGNfan The Saints of Old where likely judged and given a chance to accept Jesus as their savior I am not sure, but all have been given the oppertunity to be saved at least once. Jesus became the ultimate sacrifice for us all, and instead of killing the best of our flock, which we do not have a flock now, Jesus paid the debt in full.

How many times has someone said "I do this because God told me too" Also, the people back then who killed a lamb, was that a waste once Jesus came along as all they need do was wait for him to arrive and then they'd need not kill a lamb again. Example, if they killed a lamb on the Saturday and Jesus was born the next day, did they need to kill that lamb?

On top of all that I've heard that Nostalgia Critic is Roman Catholic. It was just a joke, it does not mean those who make such jokes hate god. And most of these arguments have been made under the assumption that Christian theology is correct. I can respect religion so long as it can respect me, but c'mon, several Christians are okay with this joke.
