I can understand the difficulty of this lol. The ocean is always stronger than you, ans that rucksack is just a giant drag inducing device. Easiest way I'd imagine is to swim with your legs, to maximise the amount of force you can generate. Your ass muscles can take the punishment and you won't get tired as fast. Find a comfortable rhythm and stick to it and just keep kicking. Stop kicking when a wave comes and go under it. Don't fight the ocean cause you WILL lose, lol.
